The Toledo ASQ Section' Audit Focus Group is officially 3 years old.  The purpose of this group is to provide a gap assessment to ISO 9001, or TS 16949, to area businesses. The audit focus group will not do consulting. This service is offered at a reasonable cost (lunch plus mileage if long distance) to primarily small companies trying to attain or maintain a QMS registration. The audit focus group also benefits section members who are trying to attain or maintain RAB/IRCA registration as auditors or lead auditors or who want to develop their auditing skills. Audits will be led by a RAB or IRCA lead auditor.

ISO 19011 guidelines are used for planning and conducting the audits. We do not make recommendations for changes and are not competing with consultants.
